Ufox cleaning powder
The impurities present in water can accumulate at the bottom of the humidifier’s water container and on the surface of the heating element over time. The new Ufox cleaning powder is designed to make it easier to keep your humidifier clean.
The easy-to-use powder sachets are sold in a package containing two sachets and can be used with all Ufox humidifiers.
Instructions for use
Disconnect the humidifier from the mains. Rinse the water container of any loose residue. Fill the water container with enough water to submerge the heating element (3S model: 1.0–1.7 litres, HK2 model: 0.7-1.2 litres). After this, add a single sachet (50 g) of the cleaning powder into the water. Allow the solution to work for 1–24 hours.
Use a soft brush, if necessary. Rinse the residue from the bottom of the water container thoroughly with plenty of water.
Avoid breathing in the fumes! Avoid getting the chemical on your skin and eyes. The Ufox cleaning powder must not be mixed with any other cleaning agent. Do not use the powder on zinc, aluminium, porcelain, enamel or chrome surfaces. Do not let any water into electrical components. Waste management Diluted with plenty of water: pour down the drain. Unused cleaning powder: take to a hazardous waste collection point.
Store in a dry, cool and ventilated space.
